These Terms govern your use of the PhoenixApp pre-register website and your decision to join our waitlist before launch.

Pre-registration only

PhoenixApp is not yet available. Joining the waitlist is a pre-registration of interest. It does not create an account, does not guarantee access to the app, and does not guarantee any specific launch date. Plans and timing may change.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and to use this site lawfully. You agree not to misuse the waitlist, submit other people's information without permission, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site.

Intellectual property

The PhoenixApp name, logo, and the content of this site are owned by PhoenixApp and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or use our branding without permission.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is” during our pre-launch phase, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhoenixApp is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as we get closer to launch. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction (to be confirmed before launch).
