This Privacy Policy explains how PhoenixApp handles the information you share when you pre-register for our waitlist. It covers our pre-launch website only.

Information we collect

When you pre-register we collect: your email address (required), your phone number (optional), the segment you select (client or professional), whether you opt in to SMS updates, and the date and time of your submission.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

How we use your information

We use your information to notify you about our launch, offer early access, and send you waitlist-related communications about PhoenixApp.

If you opt in to SMS, we use your phone number only to send launch updates by text message.

Consent

We process your information based on the consent you give when you submit the pre-register form. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “How to opt out” below).

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the waitlist (for example, email or SMS delivery), under agreements that limit their use of your data.

SMS messaging (TCPA)

SMS updates are sent only if you give explicit consent by checking the SMS box and providing your phone number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.

Data retention

We keep your waitlist information until our launch and for a reasonable period afterward to complete onboarding, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us at the email below.

How to opt out

You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link, or by replying STOP to any SMS.
